HASANAH.ID – Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) RI menyatakan menghormati putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) beserta pertimbangan hukum yang menyertainya terkait sengketa dokumen pendidikan setara SMA milik Wakil Presiden Gibran Rakabuming.
Ketua KPU RI Mochammad Afifuddin menjelaskan, dalam proses pemeriksaan administrasi pencalonan sebelumnya, pihaknya tidak menemukan dasar yang membuat dokumen pendidikan tersebut perlu diragukan.
Afifuddin menerangkan, mekanisme klarifikasi terhadap dokumen persyaratan calon telah diatur dalam Pasal 42 ayat (2) Peraturan KPU (PKPU) Nomor 19 Tahun 2023.
Ketentuan tersebut memungkinkan KPU melakukan klarifikasi apabila muncul keraguan terhadap dokumen yang disampaikan.
“Pada tahapan pencalonan tersebut, KPU juga tidak menerima laporan masyarakat yang mempersoalkan dokumen itu, baik secara langsung maupun melalui Bawaslu,” ujar Afif dalam keterangannya yang dikutip Jumat (9/10/2026).
Ia menjelaskan, keputusan KPU pada saat itu didasarkan pada dokumen yang diserahkan serta hasil pemeriksaan administrasi yang telah dilakukan.
Dari proses tersebut, persyaratan pendidikan Gibran dinyatakan memenuhi ketentuan pencalonan.
“Berdasarkan dokumen yang diterima dan hasil verifikasi pada waktu itu, KPU menyatakan persyaratan pendidikan telah memenuhi syarat,” sambungnya.

Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
